At Eddtr, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

What We Collect

• Account information (email address, name)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe - we never see your card details)
• Usage statistics (export counts, feature usage)
• Your uploaded logos (stored securely for your use only)

What We DON'T Collect

This is important - Eddtr is designed with privacy at its core:

• Patient photos - processed locally on your device, never uploaded to our servers
• Patient data of any kind
• Medical records or clinical information

How Processing Works

All image editing happens in your browser using your device's processing power. When you load a photo into Eddtr, it stays on your device. When you export, the processed image is saved directly to your device. Your photos are never transmitted to our servers.

This "local-first" architecture means your clinical images remain completely under your control, exactly as they should be.

Data Storage

• Account data is stored in EU (London) data centers
• Logos you upload are encrypted at rest and accessible only by you
• All data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion

GDPR Compliance

As a UK-based service, we fully comply with GDPR. You have the right to:

• Access your data - request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Delete your data - request complete deletion of your account and data
• Data portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Rectification - correct any inaccurate personal data
